Shipping policy

1. Only Orders within India can be placed in website. For International Orders, kindly reach 9176277977 or Instagram Handle @weareturners

2. Flat Shipping Charges of Rs 70 for Orders across India

3. India Registered Post or Reputed Private Couriers is used for safe delivering packages inside India.

4. Orders once placed will be processed and shipped within 1-4 working days depends on our volume and tracking information will be shared to customer over email for further tracking until receipt.

5. In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address or any other reason the customer will have to bear both reverse shipping and reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided.
